1、 Introduction
The environmental stress cracking device is suitable for measuring the ability of polyethylene homopolymers and other copolymers with 1-olefin monomer content less than% 50 (m/m) and functional group non olefin monomer content not exceeding 3% (m/m) to withstand environmental stress cracking under specified conditions. This set of equipment is designed by our company based on the recommended testing equipment in GB/T1842-2008 "Environmental Stress Cracking Test Method for Polyethylene Plastics" and ASTM D1693:2008 "Environmental Stress Cracking Test Method for Polyethylene Plastics". It is used for the environmental stress cracking test of polyethylene plastics.
2、 Composition
The entire testing device consists of six parts: sample scoring device, sample bending device, sample transfer clamp, sample holder, test tube, and constant temperature bath. The schematic diagram is as follows:

2.1 Scoring device: It is used to make scratches on the completed sample pieces.
2.2 Bending device: It is a device used to bend the scratch after it is completed.
2.3 Sample transfer clamp: It is a device that transfers bent samples to the sample holder. Sample holder: It is a device that maintains the bending state of the sample under standard dimensions.
2.4 Test tube: It is a sample holder used for loading reagents and samples. Thermostatic bath: It is used to manufacture specific environmental temperatures for experiments.

This device is used to test the environmental stress cracking performance of materials affected by the stress acting on the specimen and the thermal history of the specimen.
