1、 Instrument Overview
The static hydraulic testing machine for pipes is used to measure thermoplastic pipes and composite pipes (such as PP-R) PP-B, PP-A, PE, PE-X, PVC, PVC-U, PVC-C, and aluminum-plastic composite pipes are essential testing equipment for various research institutes, quality inspection departments, and pipe manufacturers, which can withstand pressure failure time or instantaneous explosion to the maximum pressure value under long-term constant internal pressure and constant temperature. According to the different temperatures, pressures, and environmental stresses of the pipes, different parameters are input at the control end. The high-pressure pump produces high-pressure liquid, which is then transported through a pressure control system by a high-pressure hose to the sample inside the medium constant temperature box for long-term static hydraulic testing of the pipes.
