The WZY-4030A numerical control prototype is used to produce sample blocks or strips for material testing on non-metallic raw materials. It can process dumbbell shaped, rectangular, circular splines, as well as notches for impact splines. Irregular planes can be milled into flat plates.
Using CNC numerical control technology, the three-axis linkage system is controlled by a program controller, driving the XYZ axis motor and supplemented by a high-speed spindle motor to form a high-precision machining system, achieving the processing of various graphic samples.
1、 Machinable graphics
1. Dumbbell shaped spline processing. Supports almost all standard dumbbell spline production. The dumbbell graphic program is built-in into the software and can be selected for processing through the operating interface, without the need for users to develop their own processing programs. The operation is simple, easy to learn, and easy to learn. Special shaped programs can be customized by contacting the manufacturer.
2. Rectangular spline processing. The common one is an 80 * 10 impact spline. Select rectangular processing in the software, input the length and width of the rectangle, and other necessary parameters to proceed with the processing.
3. Processing of circular sample blocks. The commonly used is the circular Vicat temperature test sample block. Select circular machining in the software, enter the diameter of the circle and other necessary parameters to proceed with the machining.
4. Linear cutting. You can manually control the cutting operation or use the linear machining function in the program to achieve the cutting operation of the sheet metal.
5. Notch processing. The splines used for simply supported or cantilever beam impact tests often have standard notches, and this machine is equipped with R0.1 The standard notch milling cutters of R0.25 and R1.00 can mill three types of expensive notches on splines.
6. Flat milling. Materials with irregular surfaces can be milled into flat surfaces; Select flat machining in the software, input the length and width of the milling surface, as well as the milling thickness, to achieve the flat machining function.
