XBM-II plastic film cutting prototype
1、 Main uses
This machine is suitable for biaxially stretched films (BOPP BOPC、BOPET、BOPA）、 Preparation of samples for tensile testing of unidirectional stretched films and their composite films (bags).
2、 Compliant with standards
Complies with the relevant provisions of 6.1.1 of GB/T1040.3-2006/ISO527-3-1995 "Determination of tensile properties of plastics - Part 3: Test conditions for thin films and sheets" regarding spline size.
3、 Main features
1. The machine holds plastic film samples securely, with sharp and easily replaceable cutting tools; Easy to operate and reliable to use; Can cut multiple layers, multiple, or multiple types of splines at once; A total of 12 samples can be prepared at once, including 5 samples with a width of 15mm and 7 samples with a width of 10mm; In addition, users can change the tool configuration according to their needs, and can simultaneously cut four types of splines: 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm.
2. Compared with the punching cutting method, the cutting method of this machine has a flat edge and no defects on both sides (observed at a magnification of 20 times), ensuring that the mechanical properties of the film are not affected. Its tensile strength and elongation at break data are accurate, reliable, and consistent.
