1、 Product Overview
The carbon black dispersion detector is a detection instrument for the dispersion of pigments or carbon black in polyolefin pipes, fittings, and mixed ingredients. This instrument is adapted based on software and corresponding microscopes. By measuring the scale, morphology, and dispersion of carbon black particles, the intrinsic relationship between these parameters and macroscopic performance indicators such as mechanical properties, anti-static performance, and moisture absorption performance can be established. This will have a positive impact on the quality assurance, production process, and new product research and development of plastic materials, while promoting the rapid improvement of enterprise and industry technical level.
2、 Instrument Introduction
This instrument adopts an advanced infinite distance optical system, with clear imaging and simple operation. The modular design makes the instrument easy and fast to operate. This product is equipped with a pair of 10x large field of view eyepieces and an infinitely long working distance objective lens of 4X 10X 40X 100X (optional) to meet the needs of customers for observation at different magnifications. It uses a 1/1.8 inch 6 million high-definition camera with pixel size of 2.4 μ m x 2.4 μ m, resolution of 3072 x 2048, high-definition and high dynamic. It can quickly and in real-time transmit images under the instrument to the computer for software analysis and judgment, with high accuracy, clear imaging, good effect, and accurate analysis.
3、 Software Introduction
The analysis software meets the testing requirements for polyolefin pipes, fittings, and mixed ingredients, and the software meets GB/T18553-2002, National industry standards such as GB/T 18251-2019 and ISO 18553-2002 can successfully complete testing requirements under different customer needs. And support the addition and integration of special standards for customers, with no additional fees charged for standard updates in the later stages of the software. (Upgrading requires providing the numerical number on the software key. If the key is lost or pirated, as well as genuine products not provided by our company, we do not enjoy the free upgrade service provided by our company.)

Report production:
After completing the rating, click "Print Report" to enter the print report/editing and preview interface. In the print report editing interface, you can input and improve the relevant content of the print report (such as entering the unit name, experimental time, experimental personnel name, setting image magnification and scale, etc.). And the report can be exported as a PDF, Save in three formats: WORD and EXCEL.
Click the "Print Report" button.
Enter the "Input and Print" interface, where you can input relevant information. The software will automatically transfer the analyzed images and data to this interface.

The report can be exported or saved for printing (supporting customized report templates for customers)
