1、 Technical performance
The WS-1002 flat vulcanizing machine is mainly used for making samples of various plastic particles.
The temperature control system adopts the WMK-08 temperature controller, which has the advantages of high temperature control sensitivity and stable operation.
This machine has a precise structure, sensitive and accurate temperature control, convenient operation, and is suitable for use in factories and research institutions.

3、 Purpose and performance
The flat vulcanizer has a high temperature of 350 ℃ and can be used for placing various test samples.
The working temperature of this device can be raised from room temperature to high temperature. Within this range, the working temperature can be selected according to work needs. After selection, the automatic control system inside the box keeps the temperature constant within the specified range.
4、 Operation steps
After turning on the power, turn on the knob switch and set the temperature. After the temperature setting is completed, heating will be automatically carried out.
Put the plastic particles into the lower sample for preheating, and cover the upper plate after the plastic particles are completely melted. After reaching the set temperature, manually tighten the upper and lower panels. After reaching the set temperature for two to three minutes, pressurize once and cycle three times. After stabilizing, take out the sample and throw it into water with a clip to cool it down.
3. After the sample preparation is completed, turn off the knob switch and simultaneously pull down the air switch.
5、 Precautions for use
1. The box is installed indoors in a dry and horizontal location.
2. An air switch should be installed in the power supply line for the exclusive use of this box, and the box should be reliably grounded.
3. Install the ground wire. (This operation is installed by the customer themselves)
4. This equipment is non explosion-proof and should not be placed with volatile or corrosive materials to avoid damage or explosion.
When used as a high-pressure material experimental sample, a polyester film should be added to the upper and lower samples to prevent particles from sticking to them.
6. There are grooves in the sample tray. Place the sample in the groove, slightly higher than the groove.
7. Do not remove the side door at will, disturb or change the circuit. In case of a malfunction, open the side door and ask an electrician to inspect each circuit one by one. If there is a major malfunction, contact our factory directly.
8. This equipment should be kept clean regularly, and attention should be paid to moisture prevention when it is not in use.
