1、 Instrument Overview
This machine is used for the preparation of dumbbell shaped specimens in non-metallic tensile tests, and can prepare dumbbell shaped specimens of various sizes, elongated specimens, or other specimens. High sample preparation efficiency, accurate sample size, and equipped with a cutting debris absorption device to ensure environmental hygiene.
2、 Sample specifications that can be produced
According to GB/T 8804-2003 "Test Method for Tensile Properties of Plastics", I Type II dumbbell shaped specimen.
2. GB/T 8802-2001 "Determination of Vicat softening temperature for rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes and fittings" and GB/T 1633-2000 "Vicat softening point (Vicat) test method for thermoplastic plastics" specify Vicat specimens with a thickness greater than 6mm.
3. A long strip specimen with a total length of ≤ 250mm, a width of 2050mm, and a thickness of ≤ 70mm.
